Complete refurbishment of a four storey terraced house including a new roof, ground floor rear extension and remodelling to create an open plan living/dining area. The hi-spec finish comprised of a complete AV and security system including a seated cinema room, installation of a designer Italian kitchen, roof lights, ‘Sto’ render, stainless steel external fascias, bespoke joinery and basement tanking. The finish included organic paints and a rainwater harvesting tank to meet our client’s requirement for environmental consideration.
