A large scale residential project involving the complete renovation of the interior as well as the construction of a new rear extension and loft conversion to an existing roof space. A dormer was installed to the rear elevation maximizing the upper floor area whilst the existing garage was converted to provide a new dining room on the ground floor. Specialist sliding doors and sliding shutter screens were sourced from Germany to provide open access to the rear garden with a rear deck constructed to provide easy exit to the exterior across the entire rear elevation. The installation of bespoke joinery has given the property a truly individual look.
