Complete refurbishment, combining two dwellings into one 4,000 square foot apartment over an entire level of a prestigious art deco building on the edge of Hyde Park. The extensive work involved the creation of a new living area, comprising of; hardwood walnut floors, a bespoke white marble stone wall, gas coal fireplace and built-in wine cellaring for 800 bottles.
