Complete demolition and rebuild of a terrace Mews house in Bayswater. This ambitious project involved remodelling the layout, to create an open plan space for modern living. The addition of a roof terrace further enhanced the property, complete with walk-on glazed roof lights, hardwood decking and feature handrails with built in lighting. Installation of a designer Italian kitchen, designer fireplace, under floor heating and a complete AV and security system contributed to the hi-spec finish. The work also involved putting in limestone staircase running the length of the rear feature wall finished in Armacoat render, wide board oak flooring and a new brick façade including ‘Juliet’ balcony.
