Gloucester Street

Extensive conversion and refurbishment of the entire lower ground floor to become a stylish, self contained residence in Pimlico. The project demanded a fast track interior fit out of the existing space to a very high standard, including the use of vaults under the public footpath for dining and wardrobe areas. Finishes comprised a new kitchen, bespoke curved shower enclosure, hardwood floor, designer tiling plus underfloor heating in all bathrooms and built in joinery.
