Gayton Road

Refurbishment of a five storey terraced house in Hampstead including a part basement dig out involving underpinning and waterproofing to extend the full length of the rear garden. A glass bridge was installed above the double height atrium to provide access to the suspended outdoor area, complete with full width sliding patio doors and walk-on roof lights. Finishes included a folded stainless steel staircase, bespoke joinery and polished concrete and hardwood floors. A high tech security system with CCTV, video entry and AV installations throughout complimented the overall design of the property.
