Total refurbishment of a terraced mews house in Belgravia comprising stripping out and redesigning of the existing layout to form an open plan living/dining area on the first floor and 2 bedrooms with back to back ensuites on the second floor. Works included additional skylights to roof, new front and rear windows including bespoke sliders, new garage door and ground floor paneling to match. The project demanded high specification finishes internally including oiled oak engineered flooring, imported wall and floor tiles, designer kitchen, built in furniture, under floor heating and full height doors. Vola sanitary ware and mood lighting were incorporated to compliment the designer's vision.
