A truly bespoke service
The service is tailored according to the exact needs of the client and our relationship with all the major AV specialist brands allows us to provide an AV solution that will exceed your expectations. We only supply products proven to be reliable and high quality and have the necessary skilled programmers in-house. We aim to respond to any AV call out during the same day. We have a dedicated space within our offices for rack building; therefore all racks are built and pre-programmed off site. We undertake all first fix cabling and additional electrical work. This eliminates the need for hiring or instructing electricians separately to install these cables. Any implications due to changes in specification can be directly communicated in house to our own engineers, avoiding time delays and additional costs.
Meeting your design specification
Design of the AV installation can be handled early on in the project planning ensuring any impact or dependency on other construction processes is taken into account.
A detailed specification will be prepared along with physical samples of control panels and literature relating to the systems we are proposing so that the client can make an informed decision.
Once the client is happy to proceed, we will create a detailed set of cable schematics to pass to the electricians pulling the cables in to place. We will issue cable lists to ensure that all cables are in place and tested prior to handover.
We will then issue equipment specification folders to the architects and the clients detailing all space, power and ventilation requirements of our equipment. This enables subsequent joinery design etc to proceed without any confusion.
Control and integration
We will recommend a control system that meets your need, whether it be a complex system such as Crestron or AMX, or a more basic but still highly efficient lower cost system such as RTi, Systemline or Pronto. Whether installed using in-wall touch panels or wireless control devices we can customise these systems to control nearly every aspect of your home such as HVAC, Intercom, Security Alarms, CCTV, Blinds and Lighting. All layouts are custom designed by our programmers in liaison with our clients to match their tastes or the décor within the property.
We also specify various different forms of digital content storage varying from a basic Ipod setup to complex media servers such as Kaleidescape. By using a central distribution system the contents of these players can be accessed and controlled in numerous different rooms.
