What we do: Ship Shape undertakes both commercial and residential construction and refurbishment, but has developed a particular reputation for successful delivery of technically demanding projects involving premium materials and innovative designs, a recent example being multi-level basement creation with swimming pool.
We are pleased to be the partner of choice for architects seeking to deliver innovative and challenging designs and our completed projects have featured in the RIBA journal, the Telegraph newspaper, BBC television programmes and various consumer magazines.
Most of our projects are awarded as a result of recommendation from previous clients, repeat business from architects and interior designers. Our projects typically range in value from £300,000 to £5m, but we seek to deliver the same value and client satisfaction regardless of the project budget.
We work within the Greater London area, although we have completed overseas projects by special arrangement.
Personnel: the experienced management team includes Quantity Surveyors, Commercial and Contracts Managers plus a direct hired team of Site Management and trades. We also have specialist electrical staff and a capability to deliver an end to end audio visual (AV) solution.
